The scope of work for L.S. and Partner’s Inc. will answer the call of distress in the United States. Currently homes are getting harder to purchase and the banks have no change in sight when it comes to the traditional process of home purchasing. L.S and Partner’s Inc. will change this process by purchasing properties from banks in the form of REO’s, foreclosure, Trusty sales, etc. Holding title until the sale amount is satisfied. All properties will be bought and remodeled with an open airy theme. Using many green products and concepts to better the quality and longevity of each home is detrimental to a bright and prosperous environment for all involved. For this purpose L.S. and Partner’s will target distressed properties, seized, desolate and condemned homes to start in addition to working with established Organizations like Fannie May and Freddie Mack. With this in mind we can concentrate on urban Development’s where there is a large concentration of homes and a large demand for energy conservation.

Installing solar panels in these homes will lessen the amount of fossil fuels used throughout the area as we main streaming the concept. We will begin to see a change in the atmosphere as well as our people. L.S. and Partner’s Inc. will be able to collect a kick back from the energy companies and in turn limit the amount of bills in our homes.  In addition, with the use of recycling systems in the home for water preservation, we can realistically project the monthly water bill to be about 30-45% less than the current. The overall design will be modern luxury homes. With the future in mind, they will be equipped with a central system that all systems report to in order to keep the resident aware of any problems that may develop.

   L.S. and Partner’s will be looking to raise $10,000,000.00 dollars for every three states from  long and short term Investors, and in every state local investor will have the chance to participate.
